What Are Show Plates?
Show plates (sometimes called display plates) are number plates made for non-road use. Because they are not intended for public highways, they do not need to comply with BS AU 145e regulations. This means you can use any text, choose custom colours and add designs that would not be permitted on road-legal plates.
